Often times, analysts and managers are faced with complex business challenges with instructions to simply “figure it out”. It is not necessarily the challenge that becomes difficult to address, but more the approach and process in order to do so. To properly solve a business problem or challenge, it is important to adopt a clear process – and embrace some guiding principles from experienced consultants.

In this webinar, we will discuss:

What makes “figure it out” problems so difficult to solve
The benefits of a structured problem-solving approach
A tactical “toolkit” to use across a wide variety of business challenges
